This is an important part in a startup, as it represents what a customer will experience when interacting with the company and how it will respond to each request, purchase, claim, etc.

Describe how fast the company iterates to meet the customer needs on time. That is the speed of development and it is related to how fast a change in a product or service can be accomplished.
